You will:
- Collaborate with the creative and marketing teams to develop visual concepts and storyboards.
- Conduct video shoots for products, campaigns, and lifestyle content with a cinematic style aligned with the brand's direction.
- Set up lighting, framing, and visual composition that reflect the brand's tone and aesthetics.
- Perform color grading, sound design, and video finishing to ensure high-quality final outputs.
- Manage the editing process from rough cut to final cut (social media format, ads, and campaign videos).
- Work closely with the creative team, talents, and photographers throughout the production process.
- Coordinate production timelines with the producer to ensure on-time project delivery.
You are:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in videography and editing (experience in beauty, fashion, or lifestyle industries is a plus).
- Proficient in cinematic shooting techniques, lighting setups, and visual storytelling.
- Skilled in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, After Effects, or Final Cut Pro.
- Strong color grading skills.
- Understands the full production workflow: pre-production production post-production.
- Able to work collaboratively while maintaining attention to detail under tight deadlines.
- Creative, with a strong sense of beauty and modern-minimalist visual style.
- A video portfolio is required (product, campaign, or cinematic content).
- Additional skills in motion graphics and text animation are highly preferred.
