Direct talent during production to ensure output aligns with creative direction and production targets.
Manage end-to-end editing and revision process for Marketing Ads and Social Media content to meet quality standards and deadlines.
Provide technical insights and best practices during production to improve content quality and development.
Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide editorial perspectives during post-production to enhance storytelling and engagement.
Continuously improve content quality and output by staying updated with the latest hardware, software, and AI tools in the market.
Ensure proper equipment handling, usage, maintenance, and documentation throughout the production process, maintaining professional standards.
Ensure all content production complies with company regulations and relevant authorities (e.g., OJK).
Report directly to the Producer.
Requirements
Maximum 35 years old.
Willing to work from office (WFO).
Proficient in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, Photoshop, Illustrator, CapCut, and other relevant tools.
Experience in editing marketing content, preferably within financial services or fintech industry (other industries are welcome).
Strong understanding of end-to-end content production flow (pre-production, production, post-production).
Able to handle one-man-show production when required.
Creative thinker with strong initiative in developing engaging and high-quality content.
Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
