Job Description

Responsibilities

Video shoot: strong understanding of camera operation, framing, lighting basics, audio recording, directing talent, location recce, and other aspects related to creative production.
Video editing: proficient in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and other editing software. Able to apply effects, animations (paid/free), and match videos with proper audio that fits the concept.
Storytelling: has a strong creative sense and the ability to structure hooks/narratives (beginning/middle/end, emotional benefit), not just technical editing.
Audio editing: clean audio, voice-over, and background music selection.
Color grading: strong knowledge of color correction for a professional look.
Platform knowledge: understands format requirements for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Able to also work as a photographer for both internal projects and external events.

Requirements

Minimum Bachelor's degree in Multimedia, DKV, or Cinematography.
Minimum 3 years of experience in video production (in-house/freelance). Agency background will be a plus.
Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in key visual creation, campaign mood boards, and brand storytelling, preferably within the B2B SaaS, tech, or POS industry.
Experience in applying brand guidelines to video work.
Proven ability to create original campaign ideas that align with company goals.
Excellent sense of aesthetics: editorial, lifestyle, bold, and fresh creative direction.
Agile and comfortable pivoting concepts/brand direction based on data or stakeholder demands.
Comfortable working from the office (WFO) and able to speak both English and Indonesian.
Works well with the team, able to take creative direction from Strategists, coordinate with Graphic Designers/Copywriters, and collaborate with other departments.
