Videographer & Editor

As a Videographer & Editor at PT Golden Mom Indonesia, you will be fully responsible (end-to-end) for the video production process, from the initial concept to the final broadcast-ready video.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pre-Production: Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to brainstorm ideas, develop concepts (storyboards), and prepare shooting requirements (locations, props, and equipment).
• Production: Operate cameras, set up lighting, and record high-quality audio for various company needs, including social media content, promotional campaigns, event coverage, and corporate videos.
• Post-Production (Editing): Perform video editing (cut-to-cut), color grading, integrate graphic/animation elements (motion graphics), and execute sound design and mixing to ensure the final product is highly engaging and professional.
• Asset Management: Organize, sort, and systematically archive all raw footage and corporate video assets.
• Research & Adaptation: Monitor the latest video trends across various platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube) and adapt them to enhance the company's content strategy.

Qualifications:

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Multimedia, Broadcasting, Communication Studies, Visual Communication Design (DKV), or a related field.
• At least 1–2 years of proven experience as both a Videographer and Video Editor (highly skilled fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are welcome to apply).
• Proficient in industry-standard video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
• Strong technical understanding of operating DSLR/Mirrorless cameras, lenses, and supporting production equipment (gimbals, lighting, clip-on microphones).
• Excellent grasp of visual composition, transitions, and the rhythm of visual storytelling.

• Highly creative with a strong sense of initiative.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, adapt quickly to changes, and meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively across departments.
• Must submit a showreel or video portfolio showcasing previous shooting and editing projects.
