This is a full-time on-site role for a Videographer Editor Staff, based in Surabaya. The role involves planning, shooting, and editing high-quality video content for the company's marketing and branding needs. Responsibilities include developing creative concepts for video projects, ensuring seamless video editing, managing post-production processes, and collaborating with the marketing team to align content with the brand strategy. This role requires creativity and technical expertise to produce engaging visual content that enhances the company's digital presence.

• Proficiency in video production skills, including videography and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro)
• Ability to develop creative concepts and storytelling within video projects
• Knowledge of motion graphics and visual effects as an advantage
• Collaborative skills to coordinate with marketing and creative teams effectively
• Strong time management and ability to meet deadlines for multiple projects
• Experience with lighting, shooting, and sound techniques in professional video production
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Multimedia, Film Production, or related fields is preferred
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends in video content creation is a plus
