This is a full-time, on-site role based in Surabaya for a Videographer & Editor. The individual in this position will be responsible for planning, filming, and editing video content that aligns with the company's branding and communication goals. Key tasks include collaborating with the marketing team to conceptualize video projects, managing video shoots, editing video footage to create compelling content, and ensuring high-quality visual storytelling. The Videographer & Editor must also manage timelines effectively to meet project deadlines.

• Proficiency in videography, cinematography, and the operation of professional camera equipment
• Advanced video editing capabilities, including familiarity with software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
• Understanding of storytelling, visual composition, and the ability to craft engaging and visually appealing content
• Skills in project management, organization, and time management to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
• Creativity, attention to detail, and strong visual design skills
• Prior experience in creating promotional and marketing video content is preferred
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and incorporate feedback
• Familiarity with trends in video production and digital content engagement is advantageous
