Lead, oversee, and direct the Shopee Video QC team (24/7), ensuring smooth operations and high-quality output
Identify areas for team improvement, initiate proposed strategies/solutions, and implement them to enhance productivity and efficiency within the content ecosystem
Conduct thorough data analysis with the team to identify trends, patterns, and provide actionable insights for both short-term and long-term continuous improvement
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, such as Regional and Marketing, to align efforts and achieve overarching business objectives and initiatives
Support and guide Frontline team leads when they raise concerns or issues regarding high-impact matters

Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in any field
Demonstrated strong leadership skills with the ability to make decisions and manage priorities effectively. Minimum 3-5 years of experience leading a team
Proficiency in data analytics, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to draw valuable insights for short-term and long-term solutions
Self-driven individual capable of multitasking and excelling in fast-paced environments
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel/Spreadsheet (e.g., Pivot tables, Vlookup) are essential
Basic SQL knowledge is a plus
Experience in content platforms is advantageous
