Key Responsibilities:

• Edit short-form video content for social media (Instagram Reels, TikTok, Stories).
• Execute video content based on provided briefs and brand guidelines.
• Handle post-production process including cutting, color correction, subtitles, transitions, and basic motion.
• Adapt raw footage into engaging, platform-optimized videos.
• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to receive briefs, feedback, and revisions.
• Stay up to date with social media video trends, formats, and platform updates.
• Support ongoing campaigns with consistent and timely video output.

Requirements:

• Undergraduate student or fresh graduate in Multimedia, Film, Design, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Skilled in video editing tools (CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects basic, Canva).
• Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok video styles.
• Able to edit videos independently from raw footage to final output.
• Basic understanding or interest in social media analytics and performance optimization.
• Creative with a strong visual sense and storytelling ability.
• Good communication skills and comfortable working in a team.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
