Create motion graphics for various media, especially Social Media (short-form video)
Edit video footage and add effects/elements to enhance the video and motion graphics
Edit videos with the concept/style of TikTok or Youtube
Produce ad creatives for ecom brands and marketing agencies (UGC edits, static ads, hook variations, carousel ads)
Use AI tools (MakeUGC, Adobe Firefly, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Nano Banana, Higgsfield) to generate AI UGC videos, animated character ads, and AI product visuals
Polish raw AI-generated content into launch-ready ad creatives (color, sound, pacing, transitions)
Prepare design plans, concepts, and layouts for video projects
Work efficiently and creatively to deliver high-quality short-form videos and ad creatives that meet client goals
Understand client's needs and incorporate their feedback throughout the editing process
Deliver the final product in the desired format and meet deadlines
Stay up-to-date with video editing trends, AI tools, and ad creative best practices
Requirements
Min. 3 years experience in related field (SMK/D3/Bachelor Degree)
Multimedia major preferred (open for any major)
Experience as a motion graphic designer or video editor
Experience with video editing software (Capcut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effect)
Have creative thinking and the capacity to work independently and collaboratively
High initiative, good teamwork, and time management
Have own laptop
Willing to work from 21.00 - 05.00 or 15.00 - 24.00 WIB
