Our client is seeking a high-performance Video Editor who can turn raw, fast-moving inputs into polished, high-impact outputs, fast. In our clients company, videos are more than just content. Theyre our pitch deck, our voice, and our stage. This role will own the execution of product demos, testimonials, YouTube formats, and podcast edits. If you are fluent in video tools, obsessed with crisp visual storytelling, and excited to elevate every frame, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Create high-impact product videos: Produce end-to-end, high-quality product demos and explainer videos that translate complex AI workflows into clear, engaging visual narratives for sales, investors, training, and live events.
- Lead multi-channel content execution: Create and edit content for YouTube, social platforms, customer testimonials, and podcasts. Ensuring each asset is polished, brand-aligned, and optimized for the intended channel.
- Implement AI-native production workflows: Use AI-powered tools (e.g., Runway, Descript, Pika, Synthesia, CapCut) to increase speed and precision, building repeatable systems with branded templates, design assets, and motion libraries.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner with product, design, and go-to-market teams to turn rough recordings, feature drops, and insights into crisp, creative, and conversion-ready visual stories.
- Experiment and elevate: Continuously test new tools, formats, and editing techniques to improve production quality and creativity with every video shipped.
Must-Have Skills & Experience
- 57 years of hands-on experience in video editing, motion design, or content production
- Strong portfolio including product demos, testimonials, YouTube/podcast edits
- Strong visual instincts in pacing, transitions, typography, color grading, and brand alignment
- Self-starter mindset, fast, organized, and capable of shipping without hand-holding
Nice-to-Have
- Proficiency with AI tools for post-production workflows
- Experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise video
- Experience scripting social-first formats or short-form demo cuts
- Skills in animating clean UI screens or knowledge of YouTube growth mechanics
