Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Video Editor role based in Tangerang. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into engaging clips optimized for social media platforms, including cutting, sequencing, and adding transitions. Daily tasks include color grading, adding motion graphics or simple visual effects, and ensuring consistent branding across all video content. The role also involves collaborating with creators and brand teams to understand campaign objectives, refining video concepts, and delivering content on schedule. The Video Editor will manage file organization, maintain video quality standards, and stay up to date with trends in short-form and social media video content.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, with experience handling raw footage and creating polished clips.
• Ability in Video Color Grading to ensure visual consistency, mood, and brand alignment.
• Proficiency in Motion Graphics and Graphics to enhance videos with titles, overlays, and simple animations.
• Experience with industry-standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and graphic tools (e.g., After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Understanding of social media platforms (e.g., TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and best practices for short-form content.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment in Tangerang.
• Relevant education or training in film, multimedia, design, or related fields is beneficial; a portfolio showcasing video work is required.
