Video Content Creator

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and dynamic Video Content Creator who can manage the end-to-end production of short-form, product-focused videos for our TikTok account. This role combines creative execution with performance thinking, from developing concepts, shooting aesthetic product visuals, and editing engaging videos to analyzing metrics such as CTR, CR, and GMV.

Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end video production process, from content ideation, script or concept development, shooting, editing, to final delivery.
• Create short-form product videos, mainly for TikTok Yellow Cart and Instagram Reels.
• Produce visually appealing product-focused videos with strong emphasis on product close-ups, details, usage demonstration, and aesthetic presentation.
• Develop strong hooks, storytelling, pacing, CTA, and product-selling angles to improve audience engagement and purchase intent.
• Review video performance using key metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, GMV, engagement, and other relevant performance indicators, and use the insights to improve future content.

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Video Creator, Video Editor, Content Creator, Performance Creative, or similar role.
• Proven experience in creating or editing short-form conversion video,especially for TikTok Shop and Instagram Reels.
• Strong visual sense with the ability to create clean, aesthetic, and detailed product close-up videos.
• Understands basic e-commerce and advertising performance metrics such as CTR, Conversion Rate, GMV, and engagement rate.
• Portfolio showing short-form product videos, performance ads, TikTok Shop content, or product-focused commercial videos is required.
• Previous experience handling content in home appliances, beauty, skincare, personal care, FMCG, or other product-based industries is highly preferred.
