Job Description

VP of Business and Commerce will be responsible for overseeing marketing-related sales, programs, and budgets, implementing revenue targets and budget goals, evaluating team progress, and participating in securing sales and increasing the number of clients while identifying new ideas that will help drive the business, and solving problems through strong interpersonal skills and efficient communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end business and commercial strategies aligned with company objectives.
  • Identify new growth opportunities, revenue streams, and market expansion initiatives.
  • Translate corporate strategy into actionable commercial plans and KPIs.
  • Lead and optimize sales performance across all channels (B2B, B2C, partnerships, or others as applicable).
  • Drive revenue growth, pricing strategy, margin improvement, and sales effectiveness.
  • Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics to ensure target achievement.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform decision-making
  • Define and propose a marketing intervention to drive customer/market behavior and create market demand
  • Strengthen customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, strategic partners, and stakeholders.
  • Own commercial budgeting, forecasting, and revenue planning processes.
  • Ensure commercial activities are aligned with profitability, cash flow, and cost efficiency targets.
  • Track and report business performance to the Board and executive management.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1015 years of progressive experience in business, sales, commercial, or revenue leadership roles.
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership or executive role
  • Strong track record in driving revenue growth, market expansion, and strategic partnerships
  • Experience in managing large, cross-functional teams and complex commercial organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and business acumen.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Deep understanding of sales management, pricing, and commercial operations.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial and market data.
  • Results-oriented mindset with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and decision-making capability.
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
