Vice President / Investment Professional Corporate Restructuring | Private Equity

We are partnering with a leading private equity fund to appoint an investment professional with a strong background in corporate restructuring and special situations. This is an opportunity to join a high-performing investment team, working across complex transactions and portfolio situations

About the Vice President/ Investment professional opportunity:

• Evaluate and execute complex restructuring, turnaround, and special situations investments
• Lead financial analysis, valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution
• Work closely with management teams, advisers, lenders, and other stakeholders throughout the investment lifecycle
• Support portfolio companies through value creation initiatives, restructurings, and strategic projects
• Prepare investment papers and present opportunities to the Investment Committee
• Monitor portfolio performance and identify opportunities to maximize value

Experience working within a private equity fund is highly desirable, although outstanding candidates from restructuring advisory or investment banking backgrounds will also be considered

Skills and experience needed:

• Experience gained in corporate restructuring, restructuring advisory, special situations, investment banking, or a related investment environment
• Proven track record of advising on and executing corporate restructuring transactions
• Previous deal execution experience is essential
• Strong financial modelling, analytical, and commercial skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial investment environment.
