The VP HR is responsible for the strategy and execution of the company's People & Organization agenda, ensuring the organization is scalable, high-performing, and aligned with aggressive business growth targets. This role integrates strategy, operations, culture, and leadership.
The VP HR serves as a strategic partner to the CEO and Leadership Team in:

Key Responsibilities
1. Organizational Strategy & Design
- Design scalable organizational structures to support rapid growth.
- Define job architecture, role leveling, span of control, and succession planning.
- Lead the transition from a founder-driven to a system- and role-driven organization.
2. Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
- Develop national and regional recruitment strategies.
- Build hiring frameworks based on quality of hire, cultural fit, and speed.
- Establish clear hiring bars, recruitment SLAs, and standardized interview processes.
3. Performance Management & Culture
- Design and execute OKR/KPI-based performance management systems.
- Build a culture of ownership, accountability, urgency, and data-driven execution.
- Implement fair, transparent, and data-backed reward & consequence frameworks.
4. Leadership & Capability Development
- Build leadership pipelines, including Middle Management Development Programs.
- Develop coaching, mentoring, and succession readiness programs.
- Ensure every manager acts as a people developer, not just a task owner.
5. HR Operations & Governance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal governance.
- Build scalable HR SOPs, HRIS, and process governance.
- Manage HR budgets, workforce planning, and productivity tracking.
6. Employee Experience & Engagement
- Drive employee engagement, internal communications, and organizational culture.
- Run engagement surveys and HR NPS.
- Reduce attrition through structured talent retention strategies.
Qualifications
- 1015+ years of experience in HR / People functions
- Experience in startup, hypergrowth or multinational environments
- Proven experience in leading organizational transformation
- Strong expertise in: Organization Design, Performance Management, Leadership Development
