We are Hiring Project Based for Vessel Coordinator

Job Description :

Vessel Coordinator oversees and coordinates all offshore vessel-based construction and marine activities for the Project, acting as the primary interface between onshore project teams and offshore Company Vessel Representatives. The role ensures offshore operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with HSSE and operational standards by providing execution assurance, verifying vessel readiness, and maintaining high-quality oversight. The Vessel Coordinator manages alignment with Look Ahead plan, supports SIMOPS, reports progress and performance to the Subsea Execution, and ensures lessons learned and continuous performance improvements are embedded across vessel campaigns.

Job Requirements :

• Minimum Barchelor Degree (S1) in Engineering
• Minimum 20 years of offshore construction and project management experience, including at least 10 years in a CVR (Company Vessel Representative).
• Extensive offshore construction and project management experience, including senior offshore leadership (CVR or equivalent)
• Broad subsea construction expertise across multiple disciplines
• Having relevant certifications in safety, project management, assurance, emergency response
• Strong HSSE leadership and safety role-model behavior
• Proven capability in managing multi-vessel and SIMOPS operations
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary team
