We are Hiring Project Based for VESSEL COORDINATOR / OFFSHORE CONTSTRUCTION COORDINATOR
Job Description :
- Lead coordination and assurance of offshore vessel operations from mobilization through execution
- Act as the primary interface between onshore teams and offshore Company Vessel Representatives (CVRs)
- Ensure all activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with approved procedures and schedules
- Manage and optimize the 14-Day Look Ahead (14DLA) plan, aligning offshore execution with project priorities
- Oversee vessel performance, utilization, and downtime, driving continuous improvement
- Support SIMOPS planning and execution, ensuring risks are effectively managed
- Promote a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with HSSE standards and control of work systems
- Review offshore reports, monitor key risks, and ensure timely escalation and resolution
- Capture lessons learned and contribute to ongoing performance improvement and operational excellence
Requirements :
- Minimum 20 years of offshore construction and project management experience
- At least 10 years in a CVR or equivalent offshore leadership role
- Strong subsea experience (pipelay, heavy lift, diving, ROV, construction support)
- Proven experience managing multi-vessel operations and SIMOPS
- Relevant certifications: IOGP Client Rep, NEBOSH (or equivalent), MEM, Project Management, Audit/Assurance, DP Awareness
- Strong leadership, safety mindset, and stakeholder management skills
