Job Description

Requirement

  • Minimum bachelor's degree in pharmacy or Registered Pharmacist, preferably with minimum 1 years experiences.
  • Have received training and understand the Good Manufacturing Practices (CPOB).
  • Have active command of the English language.
  • Have been trained in supplier qualifications or vendor management and have conducted audits will be a plus.
  • Have leadership skills.

Job Description

  • Create or complete vendor qualification documents (e.g. Self-audit Questionnaire, compile quality agreement) to optimize vendor qualification output.
  • Manage Vendor Matrix align with the applicable Approved Supplier List.
  • Performed local vendor audit.
  • Involved in vendor evaluation activities and ensure vendor evaluation points have been fulfilled by the relevant PIC.
  • Create a supplier/vendor audit schedule based on the vendor risk matrix.
  • Prepare and update SOP regarding vendor management.
