Job Description
- Manage end-to-end vendor relationships with multiple partners across diverse regions, ensuring strong performance, compliance, and alignment with business goals.
- Lead commercial negotiations covering pricing, service levels, contractual terms, and change management.
- Maintain up-to-date, compliant vendor agreements and statements of work aligned with organizational objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Quality, Finance, Procurement) to monitor vendor performance and drive continuous improvement.
- Benchmark vendor capabilities and costs to ensure competitiveness and support strategic decision-making.
- Contribute to annual budget planning and implement cost optimization initiatives.
- Oversee billing and financial reconciliation processes to ensure accuracy, transparency, and adherence to contractual terms.
- Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders and external vendors, representing vendor management in executive and strategic discussions.
- Influence senior leaders to drive governance, performance excellence, and vendor strategy initiatives.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of vendor management professionals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, finance or related field.
- Min 8 years of experience in vendor management, outsourcing and partnerships.
- Proven track record in managing multi-country and complex vendor / partner ecosystems.
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
- Experience in customer care or contact center environments is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- People leadership experience with small to mid-sized teams.
