- Tracking and ensuring fulfillment of request from existing vendors
- Monitors vendor operations and performance against service-level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Measuring and evaluating supplier performance based on data provided by Operations team
- Carry out corrective action plan for supplier that are under-performing and tracking their progress
- Holds Diploma or Bachelor's Degree, MBA holder is a plus
- Minimum 3 years of work experience in Supply chain or Vendor Management, experience in Logistics industry is a plus
- Have an understanding of express logistics, market situation and able to measure and evaluate the vendors performance
- Exceptional management skills, interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excel skills must be advanced and familiar with reporting tight deadlines
- Willing to be placed in South Jakarta
