Job Description

Job Description:

  • Initiate acquisition strategic plan and deliver execution for seller acquisition for retail and fulfillment by Shopee
  • Understand market insights to determine industry and trend
  • Develop proposal to align provided services and merchants requirement
  • Build and maintain relationships with merchants
  • Collaborate with cross functional team for new sellers onboarding
  • Negotiate commercial deals and term of contract to maximize profitability


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 4-6 years of working experience in account management, seller acquisition, partnership relationships or purchasing
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience working with multiple stakeholders and able to work and multitask in a fast pace environment
  • Fluent in Thai and proficiency in English
  • Strong connections with brands and big sellers are preferred
