Acquire and develop new business opportunities through principals for Value Chain Financing programs (e.g., Distributor Financing, Supplier Financing).
Work closely with Business Banking teams to expand lending and funding portfolios.
Promote and cross-sell Bank Guarantee (BG) and other Transaction Banking products.
Coordinate end-to-end credit acquisition processes with Business Units, Credit, Legal, Operations, and other stakeholders.
Monitor acquisition pipeline, renewal progress, and portfolio performance.
Prepare regular portfolio and business pipeline reports.
Conduct product training and awareness sessions related to Value Chain Financing.
Maintain strong relationships with principals, debtors, and internal stakeholders.
Monitor customer payment performance and support portfolio quality management.
Assist in managing credit risk and maintaining portfolio quality, including monitoring Non-Performing Loans (NPL).
Participate in customer visits alongside Business Units to support business development and portfolio monitoring.
Ensure all activities comply with internal policies, credit procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Requirement
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, SME Banking, Transaction Banking, Supply Chain Financing, or Value Chain Financing
Strong understanding of lending products, credit processes, and banking documentation
Experience in Supply Chain Financing, Value Chain Financing, or Commercial/Corporate Lending
Existing network within corporate, commercial, distributor, or supplier ecosystems is an advantage
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and banking compliance standards
