Job Description:

Write a microcopy that guides users through Shopee application seamlessly.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, product managers, and other stakeholders, to develop content strategies that align with Shopee products and goals.
Define and maintain content guidelines and best practices to ensure consistency and clarity across all touchpoints.
Deliver user-centric wording solution that balance the user and business needs
Communicate complex, interactive product concepts clearly and persuasively across varying audiences across functional stakeholders.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Communication, Linguistics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a UX Writer min. 2 years with a strong portfolio of relevant work.
Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Understanding of UX principles and the ability to work within design systems and wireframes.
Strong empathy for users and a user-centric mindset.
A team player with strong communication and collaboration skill to work closely with cross-functional teams
Strong fluency in english written and communication
