- Own and manage the creation of intuitive, clear microcopy to guide users seamlessly through the Shopee application.
- Maintain and continuously improve comprehensive content guidelines and localized best practices to ensure consistency across all user touchpoints.
- Deliver user-centric wording solutions that successfully balance immediate user needs with overarching business goals.
- Collaborate and coordinate with cross-functional partners, including product managers, designers, and regional stakeholders, to develop aligned content strategies.
- Communicate complex, interactive product concepts clearly and persuasively to ensure alignment among various business and functional stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Hold a minimum Bachelor's degree in Communication, Linguistics, or a related field relevant to the applied role.
- Has a minimum of 1 year of prior working experience in a UX writing role with a strong portfolio showing interactive copywriting examples.
- Solid understanding of UX writing principles and proven capability working within design systems, wireframes, and design tools.
- Native or professional fluency in English with exceptional writing, editing, and proofreading skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience writing for highly active B2C mobile applications, preferably in the e-commerce, fintech, or digital services sector.
