UX / UI Interaction Designer (Intern / Junior / Mid-Level)

Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role, located in Jakarta, Indonesia, with opportunities to work from home. As a UX/UI Interaction Designer, you will be responsible for designing user interfaces and ensuring optimal user experiences. Your daily tasks will include conducting user research, designing and testing prototypes, creating visual designs, and applying interaction design principles. You will work closely with interdisciplinary teams to refine design concepts and ensure alignment with user needs.

Qualifications

• Intermediate proficiency in Human-Computer Interaction and UX Research to understand user behaviors and gather actionable insights.
• Strong skills in Visual Design and Interaction Design, with the ability to create intuitive and aesthetically appealing user interfaces.
• Experience with Prototyping for testing and iterating on designs effectively.
• Familiarity with industry-standard design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and an understanding of responsive design principles.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively within a team and with stakeholders.
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in the hospitality technology industry or exposure to hospitality workflows is a plus.
