UX Designer

We are seeking a passionate and detail-oriented UX Designer to join our growing Product Team. In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping how users experience our products ensuring they are intuitive, user-friendly, and aligned with our customer needs.

As part of our global product team, you will work closely with product managers, developers, and fellow designers to create meaningful and scalable design solutions based on user needs and business goals. You will play an essential part in the end-to-end product development process from problem discovery, user research, and ideation, to wireframing, prototyping, final UI design, and implementation support.

Youll also contribute to improving and evolving our design system, supporting design consistency across products, and helping shape how design connects with product and business strategy.

Work Arrangement

• Full-time position
• Hybrid work model (2 days per week in the office)
• Monday to Friday, 5-day work week (flexible work schedule)
• Eligible to reside and work in Bandung (Indonesian citizenship only)

Key Accountabilities

• Identify and analyze User Experience problems across products to improve usability based on user needs and insights.
• Conduct small to medium-scale research and help define problem spaces together with PMs and stakeholders.
• Design thoughtful user flows and patterns that are reusable and scalable across modules and features.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly and effectively.
• Deliver pixel-perfect UI design and assist engineers to ensure high-quality implementation.
• Build, maintain, and evolve UI components, contributing actively to the design system.
• Maintain interface consistency across multiple products while balancing the unique context of each.
• Map user journeys to business goals and leverage UX metrics and product data to inform design decisions.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and other designers through workshops, critiques, and design reviews.
• Actively contribute to improving cross-functional collaboration processes and team workflows.
• Provide guidance and support to junior designers where needed, while handling multiple projects with growing ownership.

Qualifications and Competencies

• Minimum of 2 years of experience working on end-to-end UX design projects for web or mobile apps, with a strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving and design thinking.
• Experience designing SaaS dashboards, admin panels, or web-based business tools is a strong plus.
• Proficient in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, and familiar with validation tools like Maze, Lookback, or similar.
• Hands-on experience in Design Discovery and Design Validation processes, including user research, usability testing, and synthesis of insights.
• Solid understanding of responsive web and mobile design principles, grid systems, information architecture, and modular UI component structures.
• Demonstrated ability to design user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes with attention to interaction and visual details.
• Experience with data-informed design approaches, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics, Hotjar, Pendo, or similar, to guide design decisions.
• Understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, able to clearly articulate design rationale and user-centered decisions to cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to work collaboratively with product managers, developers, and other designers in agile, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable managing multiple design tasks and ownership areas simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• A growth mindset with a strong sense of ownership, urgency, and accountability.
• Proficient in both Bahasa Indonesia and English, written and verbal.
