We are seeking a User Operations Internship to support our business operations team, with a

focus on overseeing user engagement and activities.

User Operations Internship – Infun

Job Responsibilities:

-Conduct regular interviews with key users, design targeted campaign plans based on user types,manage campaign launch, and independently complete campaign reviews and improvement plans.

-Follow up on the selection of high-quality Hosts and support the implementation of Host-related policies.

-Update daily/weekly data reports, respond to Hosts feedback in a timely manner, and ensure

issues are tracked and resolved.

-Assist in launching Host-related campaigns and collecting relevant information and data.

-Support the release and promotion of recruitment policies, assist in identifying and maintaining

promoters, update daily/weekly recruitment-related data, and identify and report issues as

needed.

Requirements:

-Final year student or fresh graduate are welcome to apply.

-Familiar with chat-room app or livestreaming app is a plus.

-Strong communication, execution, and comprehension skills.

-Good at data analysis, able to use Ms. Excel such as Vlook up etc. and familiar with Google

Spreadsheet.

-Able to create simple design using Canva or other design tools.
