Job Description

• Respond to and resolve inquiries, complaints and feedback from users.
• Explain products, promo, transaction flows, and platform policies to users.
• Verify complaint details before giving a resolution
• Identify issues affecting multiple users and escalate them quickly to the relevant team
• Write a shift handover report covering open tickets, escalated issues, and recurring complaints.

Job Requirement

• Familiar with the gaming industry and digital products, experience buying or selling on gaming marketplaces is highly considered.
• Able to work in shifting schedule.
• Clear and empathetic communication, both written and verbal, in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
• Able to handle multiple chats at once and stay calm under pressure in a fast paced environment.
• Able to work independently and in a team, with high initiative in problem solving.
• Comfortable using Google Workspace, Ms. Office, and Notion.
