Calling out all Indonesian UI/UX Designer!
Working Location: Onsite Jakarta
Contract Duration: 3 months (extendable)
Requirement:
- Minimum 4 years of experience as a UI/UX.
- Proven experience in designing customer facing platform and dashboards for agents or internal use.
- Strong understanding or prior experience industry (including products, agent process customer journey).
- Proficient in using Figma as the primary design tools.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
- Ability to create user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity UI designs, and interactive prototypes.
- Must have a relevant portfolio that can be presented.
- Experienced in collaborating with product and engineering teams.
- Able to work within and adhere to an existing design system.
Scope of work:
- Understand business requirements and user needs within the context of customer and agent insurance processes.
- Develop user persona, user journey, user information architecture.
- Design wireframes from low to high fidelity.
- Create Ul designs for customer-facing features and agent dashboards aligned with business requirements.
- Develop interactive prototypes for testing and demonstration purposes
- Utilize, maintain consistency, and contribute to the existing design system.
- Collaborate closely with product, business and engineering teams.
- Provide design specifications, assets, and clear handoff documentation through Figma.
- Iterate designs based on stakeholder feedback and continuously improve user experience.
- Support ongoing improvements throughout the development phase.
- Participate in usability testing when required.
- Provide daily progress updates/reporting to ensure project transparency and alignment.
