Role Description This full-time, on-site Urologist role is based at Siloam Hospitals Group in Bekasi. The Urologist will provide comprehensive diagnostic and therapeutic care for patients with urological conditions, including outpatient consultations, inpatient management, and surgical interventions. Daily responsibilities include taking detailed patient histories, performing physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, recommending treatment plans, and conducting procedures and surgeries as clinically indicated. The role also involves collaborating closely with multidisciplinary teams, counseling patients and families on treatment options and preventive care, maintaining accurate medical records, and adhering to hospital protocols and evidence-based clinical guidelines. The Urologist is expected to participate in continuous professional development, contribute to quality improvement initiatives, and support teaching or mentoring activities as needed.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in clinical Medicine, with demonstrated experience in diagnosing and managing a broad range of urological conditions.
• Specialist training and board certification in Urology, with competence in outpatient care, inpatient management, and procedural urology.
• Proficiency in Surgery related to urology, including both elective and emergency procedures, with a focus on patient safety and outcomes.
• Experience or training in Robotic Surgery and minimally invasive urological techniques, or a strong willingness to acquire these skills.
• Clinical experience in Pediatric Urology or the ability to manage urological conditions in children in collaboration with pediatric specialists.
• Valid medical license and specialist registration eligible for practice in Indonesia.
• Excellent clinical judgment, communication, and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and culturally sensitive approach.
• Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team, manage a busy caseload, and adapt to a high-volume hospital environment.
