Job Description
Job Profile
Develop proper methods and sequence of operations during Product Development process to produce high quality and cost-effective prototypes/samples based on drawing hand over and feedback. Further responsible to propose the best method and suggest process simplification while ensuring it is consistent with company standard.
Job Experience & Requirement:
- Minimum Diploma degree in any discipline.
- 2–4 years of experience in shoe manufacturing, sample making, or product development.
- Develop and establish working methods and sequence of operations for upper shoe prototypes/samples based on designs and company standards.
- Propose appropriate methods, tools, and process improvements to achieve quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.
- Coordinate to ensure on-time delivery and quality of prototypes/samples.
- Provide technical guidance and demonstrate proper methods during prototype/sample making.
- Identify and resolve technical issues during the development process.
- Analyze technical and quality feedback and follow up with appropriate action plans.
- Transfer technical knowledge and approved methods to Technicians in the Production Preparation Unit.
- Good understanding of upper shoe construction, working methods, and sequence of operations.
- Willing to work on-site in Sidoarjo, East Java.
