Upkeep Officer

Job Description:

• Create operational work plans for Upkeep immature and budgets based on work targets set by Management.
• Check and ensure all Upkeep immature work activities and planning are in accordance with the established budget.
• Ensure that the implementation of SHE in the work area is in accordance with SOP.
• Carrying out development activities (coaching, counseling, performance assessment) for all employee under supervision.
• Conduct employee development activities within their work area at least 1 (one) level under their supervision.

Requirement:

• Minimum Bachelor in Agriculture or any related field.
• Min 2 years experience in working in plantation as Asisstant Afdeling or related field.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Have a good leadership experience is prefeable
• Have knowledge regarding Plantation Management, Budgeting, Planning & organizing.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Proficient in English is highly preferable.
• Willing to be placed on Site Tebo, Jambi.

About the Job:

• Location: Rubber plantation area, Site Tebo - Jambi.
• Working system: Regular Monday - Saturday, no roster.
• Annual leave: 12 days / year, can be taken after 3 months probation period.
• Employee housing (mess karyawan) is provided on site.
