Unsecured Loan Department Head, Operations

Job description:

• Review and verify inspection reports prior to and after credit disbursement.
• Validate the accuracy and reliability of examination results conducted by the unsecured loan team, covering customer and credit status.
• Review the timeliness and accuracy of issue resolution for debtor complaints escalated by Level 2 (L2).
• Provide recommendations for issue resolution from an operational and credit administration perspective.
• Coordinate with relevant stakeholders on developments or enhancements to support digital loan processes and systems.
• Monitor all inspection activities related to channeling loans and joint financing in accordance with the approved TGU.
• Provide recommendations based on issues or findings identified during inspection results.

Job requirement:

• Bachelor's degree in any major, preferably Economics, Management, Administration and Accounting.
• Min. 5 years relevant experience in banking industry, especially in credit / unsecured loan.
• Mastering BI, OJK regulations and applicable laws related to bank activities.
• Understand accounting and legal issues.
• Understand the litigation process.
