Your UNLOCK Journey:

Month 1 | Learn

Build a strong foundation through training in:

  • Business and product knowledge
  • Sales and commercial fundamentals
  • Leadership and communication skills
  • Financial and business acumen

Months 2–4 | Explore

Gain cross-functional exposure and understand how different teams collaborate to deliver business results.

Months 5–12 | Experience

Take on real business assignments, work directly with the market, and develop practical leadership capabilities through hands-on experiences.

You're the one we're looking for if you:

  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree (or will graduate before 1 October 2026)
  • Fresh Graduate are welcome
  • Have up to 2 years of work experience (internship excluded)
  • Have a minimum GPA of 3.00
  • Are fluent in English
  • Have demonstrated leadership experience
  • Have a growth mindset, strong learning agility, ownership, collaboration, and resilience
  • Are excited to explore, grow, and make an impact anywhere across Indonesia
