Key Responsibilities

• Lead data engineering team for regulatory systems
• Design and manage data pipelines for regulatory reporting systems.
• Ensure accurate data sourcing, transformation, and aggregation from core banking systems
• Build and maintain ETL/ELT processes to integrate data from multiple banking systems.
• Manage data warehouse or regulatory data mart used for reporting.

Requirements

• ETL tools: Informatica, DataStage, Talend, Airflow
• Databases: Oracle, SQL Server, Big Data platforms
• Experience supporting regulatory reporting systems and Knowledge in LBUT, SLIK, RWA, PSAK, Etc
• 5+ years experience in data engineering or data platform roles prefer financial services or banking
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
