UI/UX Web Designer

Salt Agency is a Brisbane-based creative and marketing company. We work with high end businesses to deliver quality creative work. We're growing and looking for an experienced UI/UX & Web Designer to join our remote team.

About the Role

You'll be designing high-quality websites for our clients, taking direction from our operations team and delivering work that looks exceptional and converts. This is primarily a design role with figma but you need to be comfortable working inside WordPress Elementor and Shopify to bring your designs to life. We have high standards and we need someone who does too.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing beautiful, conversion-focused websites for clients across a range of industries
• Working in Figma to produce wireframes, mockups, and final designs
• Building and implementing designs in WordPress using Elementor
• Taking briefs from our operations team and executing with precision and minimal oversight
• Collaborating on projects that require design consistency across web and other digital assets

What We're Looking For

• Strong, proven experience in UI/UX design with a focus on websites
• Expert level in Figma, WordPress, and Elementor
• A sharp eye for detail, layout, typography, and modern design trends
• Ability to work independently and deliver to brief without hand-holding
• Any knowledge of HTML/CSS or front-end development is a bonus
• A portfolio of successful client work is required to be considered
