UI/UX Software Developer

Location: Remote (Indonesia-based) with hybrid options in Jakarta

Role Description

We are looking for a UI Software Developer who treats interface craft as a discipline, not a deliverable. You will own the look, feel, and front-end engineering of products used by sales teams, executives, and government clients across multiple regions.

This role is primarily front- end focused, but you will also contribute across the stack when product needs require it. You will work directly with the founding team and ship to production weekly. If you obsess over spacing, motion, and the difference between a good component and a great one, while still being comfortable wiring up an API endpoint or a database query when needed, this role is for you.

Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience building production web applications.

• Strong proficiency in modern JavaScript and TypeScript.

• Demonstrated expertise in React and at least one modern framework such as Next.js, Remix, or similar.

• Deep working knowledge of CSS, including modern layout systems (Flexbox, Grid) and a utility-first framework such as Tailwind CSS.

• Experience implementing accessible, responsive interfaces that meet WCAG standards.

• Working knowledge of at least one back-end environment such as Node.js, Python, or Go, including REST and database integration.

• Familiarity with Git-based workflows and modern deployment platforms (Vercel, AWS, or equivalent).

• A portfolio, GitHub profile, or work samples demonstrating UI quality and technical depth.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing and shipping interfaces for AI or data-intensive products.

• Familiarity with animation libraries such as Framer Motion or GSAP.

• Experience with component libraries such as shadcn/ui, Radix, or Headless UI.

• Exposure to design tools such as Figma, including the ability to work directly from design specifications.

• Background in startup or fast-paced product environments.

• Experience with serverless architectures or edge computing platforms
