Conduct end-to-end design processes from understanding business and user needs, creating concepts, wireframes, prototypes, to final UI designs ready for implementation.
Coordinate with Product Managers to understand problems, feature requirements, user stories, and product priorities.
Collaborate with UX Researchers to leverage research insights and validate solutions through usability testing or other methods.
Develop and present design solutions to stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.
Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and prototypes to visualize and validate ideas.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree graduate from preferably Computer Science, Informatics/Information Systems, or related fields.
Minimum 2 years of work experience as a Product / UI Designer with experience in delivering end-to-end design for digital products.
Proficient in design tools: Figma (primary), Adobe Creative Suite, or other supporting tools.
Understands UX/UI principles, design thinking, and user-centered design.
Able to create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity UI.
Familiar with usability testing, heuristics, and interpreting research insights.
Understands design systems (creation & implementation).
