Experience designing enterprise or complex applications is a strong plus
Able to translate business requirements into simple, usable interfaces
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
Detail-oriented with sensitivity to spacing, consistency, and usability
Curious and eager to learn new design patterns and UI/UX trends
Comfortable working independently while staying collaborative
Open to feedback and able to iterate designs based on data and testing results
Responsible for maintaining design quality and consistency
