movus is a startup founded in Japan in 2021, focusing on technology-based Automotive Ownership Solutions.
We aim to make vehicle ownership more accessible through technology and innovative solutions, starting from Indonesia and expanding our impact globally.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain movus existing website and landing pages to ensure they remain up-to-date and functional.
- Update and redesign existing landing pages based on marketing campaigns, product launches, and business needs.
- Implement design updates using WordPress and page builders such as Elementor.
- Translate marketing and content requirements into engaging and web-ready designs.
- Ensure consistency with movus brand identity and visual guidelines.
- Continuously improve existing pages to enhance user experience, visual quality, and conversion performance.
- Optimize pages for responsive and mobile-friendly experiences.
- Ensure intuitive user flows and modern visual design across existing pages.
- Perform basic troubleshooting and adjustments related to layouts, plugins, responsiveness, and page performance.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Content, and other internal teams to deliver website updates effectively and on time.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Website Designer, Web Designer, Web UI/UX Designer, or similar role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in website and landing page design, especially improving or redesigning existing websites.
- Proficient in WordPress, with hands-on experience using page builders such as Elementor.
- Strong understanding of web layout, visual hierarchy, typography, and modern UI design.
- Good understanding of responsive and mobile-friendly design.
- Understanding of UX principles, web usability, and conversion-focused design.
- Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor website adjustments is a plus.
- Comfortable working with existing website structures and making improvements without disrupting ongoing operations.
- Able to manage multiple updates and revisions with strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Webflow, Figma, or Studio.
- Knowledge of website performance optimization and SEO basics.
- Experience with marketing funnels or conversion-focused landing pages.
- Familiarity with website analytics and using performance data to improve pages.
- Basic understanding of A/B testing for landing pages.
