UI/UX Designer

About the role

We are seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to create intuitive, user-centered experiences for our KYB (Know Your Business) initiatives. In this role, you will transform complex business and regulatory requirements into clear, seamless, and engaging user experiences that improve operational efficiency and user satisfaction.

You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to design scalable workflows, interfaces, and interactions that deliver real business impact, while maintaining a strong focus on usability, accessibility, and visual quality.

You'll be working on:

• Conduct UX research through interviews and surveys to understand user needs and translate insights into design directions that align with business goals
• Design intuitive user experiences, user journeys, and information architecture to simplify complex business and regulatory processes
• Create high-fidelity UI designs that balance usability, visual appeal, and user needs
• Validate, test, and iterate design solutions through usability testing, A/B testing, user feedback, and performance data to continuously improve product experiences
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders throughout the product development lifecycle

Qualifications:

• Background in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Information Systems, or related fields
• 3+ years of experience as a UI/UX Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing end-to-end design process and problem-solving ability
• Strong understanding of UX principles, visual and interaction design, information architecture, and usability best practices
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Cloud, or equivalent
• Experience conducting user research, including interviews and surveys, and translating insights into user-centered design solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions using data and reasoning
• Familiarity with AI/automation and fintech, banking, or merchant products is a strong advantage
• Strong design judgment, visual and interaction design craft, and prototyping skills
