Job Description

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX (in an agency, startup, or medium-to-large scale company).
Strong portfolio (Behance/Figma/Dribbble link) showcasing responsive web and app design.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Understanding of UX principles such as heuristic evaluation, human-centered design (HCD), A/B testing, and mobile-first design.
Familiar with design handoff processes to frontend developers (including design tokens, specs, and assets).
Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web behavior is a plus.

Job Description:

Design user interfaces and user flows based on both user and business needs.
Create and maintain a design system (components, guidelines, colors, typography).
Develop wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch.
Collaborate with developers to ensure smooth handoff from design to development.
Conduct usability testing and iterate designs based on user feedback.
Provide clear, structured, and easy-to-understand UI/UX documentation for the technical team.
Ensure accessibility (A11Y) and monitor conversion and UX metrics across websites or applications.
