We're WINTECH a Jakarta-based SaaS company building CRM, WMS, ERP, Omnichannel, and enterprise apps. This is an opportunity to help shape not only how our products look, but how users experience them from day one.
Responsibilities:
- Design user interfaces and user flows for our web and mobile applications (Next.js & React Native).
- Create wireframes, high-fidelity designs, and simple prototypes using Figma.
- Translate product requirements and workflows into clear, usable designs.
- Design UI components that are consistent, reusable, and developer-friendly.
- Collaborate closely with the founder, product, and engineering teams to iterate quickly.
- Improve existing designs by refining layout, spacing, typography, and visual hierarchy.
- Design states such as empty states, loading states, error states, and modals.
- Contribute to basic design documentation and component guidelines.
Qualifications:
Must-haves
- Strong interest and ability in UI/UX design, with good visual and aesthetic sense.
- Comfortable using Figma for layouts, components, and prototypes.
- Understanding of basic UI/UX principles: spacing, hierarchy, consistency, and usability.
- Ability to translate ideas and requirements into clear visual designs.
- Good communication, openness to feedback, and willingness to learn fast.
Highly valued
- Portfolio of UI/UX work (personal, academic, freelance, or internship projects).
- Experience designing for web or mobile applications.
- Basic understanding of how designs are implemented in Next.js or React Native.
- Familiarity with design systems or component-based design.
- Previous experience working with developers or in a startup environment.
