GTMLab is a paid growth and strategy firm built on a contrarian bet: that data and AI, wired into every part of a marketing system, beat the legacy agency model on every axis that matters. We just started 2 years ago but we already scaled to clients across 6 countries and 15+ industries.

We are a team of 80+ senior operators: ex-investment bankers, hedge fund managers, data scientists, Forbes 30 Under 30 honorees, alumni of Y Combinator, Lazada, Unilever, etc. who shipped real growth before they shipped here.

That's why we're looking for designers who don't just know Figma—they know how to combine design intuition with AI to create premium-quality work at exceptional speed.

The role

This isn't a traditional UI Designer role.

You'll design websites, landing pages, brand identities, and marketing assets that shape how hundreds of businesses are perceived. But more importantly, you'll rethink how great design gets created in an AI-first world.

We're looking for someone who naturally experiments with new tools, moves fast without sacrificing quality, and can independently transform a blank canvas into something clients immediately fall in love with.

What you'll own

Design beautiful, high-converting landing pages, websites, and digital experiences for clients across multiple industries.
Create brand identities and visual systems that feel modern, premium, and strategically aligned with each client's positioning.
Use AI to accelerate ideation, interface creation, content generation, and creative exploration.
Translate rough concepts into polished mockups with minimal direction.
Collaborate closely with Growth Strategists, SEO Specialists, Developers, and leadership to bring ideas to life.
Continuously improve and experiment with AI workflows that increase design quality and execution speed.
Maintain an exceptional level of visual quality across every project that leaves GTMLab.

What You'll Bring

Strong visual design skills with a portfolio that demonstrates exceptional taste.
Advanced proficiency in Figma.
Comfortable using AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, Lovable, v0, Midjourney, or similar as part of your daily workflow.
Ability to independently turn ideas into polished designs with minimal handholding.
Strong understanding of layout, typography, color, branding, and modern web design.
Curious by nature and constantly experimenting with new creative tools and technologies.
Able to balance speed with attention to detail.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Fluent in both Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Able to work fully onsite at our office in Menteng, Central Jakarta.

Bonus Points If You Have

Experience designing in Framer or Webflow.
Basic HTML/CSS knowledge.
Motion design or animation experience.
Experience working in agencies, startups, or high-growth environments.
Built your own AI workflows or prompt libraries for design.
Strong branding or identity design experience.
