Position: UAT Tester
Location: Jakarta

Job Description: UAT Tester (Group Digital Banking)
Key Responsibilities:
1) Collaborate closely with business stakeholders and product owners to understand user requirements, business processes, and acceptance criteria.
2) Prepare and manage test data to support effective UAT execution.
3) Design and develop comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business and functional requirements.
4) Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate that systems meet business needs and user expectations.
5) Identify, document, and track defects, and work with relevant teams to ensure timely resolution prior to release.
6) Provide regular (daily) test progress updates and reporting to stakeholders.
7) Perform regression testing to ensure that system enhancements or fixes do not impact existing functionalities.
8) Deliver clear, concise, and actionable feedback on test outcomes, system behaviour, and overall quality.
9) Collaborate with developers and project teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues identified during testing.
10) Maintain accurate and up-to-date test documentation to support audit and compliance requirements.
