Job Description
- Deliver engaging private and group classes (online and/or offline) for university admission preparation, including TKA, UTBK/SNBT, SAT Math, ACT, IUP Tests, and other university entrance examinations with mathematics components.
- Design lesson plans, develop learning materials, and create engaging practice questions tailored to students learning needs and academic goals.
- Monitor students learning progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching approaches to accommodate diverse learning styles, including students with special educational needs.
- Continuously update instructional materials based on the latest admission test formats and contribute to the development of question banks, modules, and digital learning resources (LMS).
- Provide academic consultation and learning guidance for students and parents regarding university admission strategies while maintaining teaching quality in accordance with Siap Kuliah's academic standards and SOPs.
Work Arrangement
- Tutors are expected to teach approximately 20 sessions per week, depending on student assignments.
- Teaching assignments are based on student enrollment and academic scheduling.
- During periods with fewer teaching sessions, tutors may be assigned to academic development projects such as creating learning materials, question banks, or digital learning content.
- Willing to teach offline at partner locations across Jakarta, Tangerang, and South Tangerang, including Cikal Schools, SMM, Sekolah.mu Office, and other designated learning venues.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (or fresh graduate) in Mathematics, Mathematics Education, or a related field, preferably from a reputable university.
- Strong understanding of high school mathematics and a willingness to teach or learn various admission tests, including TKA, UTBK/SNBT, SAT Math, ACT, IUP Tests, and other university entrance examinations.
- Experience teaching mathematics for university entrance preparation is highly preferred. Experience teaching online, offline, or students from international schools will be an advantage.
- Able to teach in Bahasa Indonesia, English, or bilingually, with excellent classroom management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Passionate about student development, proactive, collaborative, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and professional growth.
