Job Description:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans for Turbine and BOP systems to ensure optimal equipment performance, reliability, and availability.
- Lead and coordinate the mechanical team in executing both scheduled and unscheduled maintenance activities.
- Ensure company policies, procedures, and systems are well understood and effectively implemented by all subordinates.
- Maintain responsibility for workplace Security, Safety, Health, and Environmental (SSHE) compliance within the work area.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in maintenance planning.
- Strong knowledge of rotating equipment analysis.
- Familiar with Condition-Based Monitoring techniques.
- Proficient in Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles.
- Willing to relocate to Bolaang Mongondow Regency, North Sulawesi, Indonesia (Local Talent is highly welcomed)
- Willing to Work Under No Roster Working Schedule
