TSR STAFF ANIMAL HEALTH MEDAN 2

Job Summary**

Responsible for providing technical support and services related to animal health products to customers in the Medan 2 region, ensuring optimal animal well-being and customer satisfaction.

Job Responsibilities**

• Conduct regular field visits to customer farms in the Medan 2 area to monitor animal health conditions and assess product effectiveness.
• Provide expert advice and technical solutions to customers regarding disease prevention, diagnosis, and treatment in livestock.
• Assist customers in the proper application and usage of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's animal health products.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues related to animal health and product performance.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and training sessions to customers and internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, farm visits, and technical support provided.
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and support sales efforts.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in animal health, diseases, and industry best practices.
• Generate reports on field activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
  
  

Job Qualifications**

• Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Husbandry, or a related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in animal health technical support, veterinary practice, or a related role, preferably within the poultry or livestock industry.
• Strong knowledge of animal physiology, common livestock diseases, and animal health products.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia (written and spoken).
• Willingness to travel extensively within the Medan 2 region.
• Possession of a valid driver's license.
