Job Summary**
Responsible for providing technical support and services related to animal health to customers in the Kisaran region, ensuring the effective application of PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's animal health products and solutions.
Job Responsibilities**
- Conduct regular visits to farms and customers in the Kisaran area to assess animal health conditions and identify potential issues.
- Provide technical advice and recommendations on animal disease prevention, control, and treatment, utilizing PT Japfa Comfeed Indonesia Tbk's product portfolio.
- Educate customers on proper animal husbandry practices, biosecurity measures, and product usage to optimize animal performance and health.
- Investigate and troubleshoot animal health problems reported by customers, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Collect samples for laboratory analysis and interpret results to formulate appropriate action plans.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote animal health products and services.
- Prepare technical reports and provide feedback on customer needs and market trends.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to continuously update knowledge on animal health advancements.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, technical support provided, and product performance.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, particularly those related to animal welfare and biosecurity.
Job Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in animal health, preferably in a technical support or field service role.
- Strong knowledge of common animal diseases, prevention strategies, and treatment protocols.
- Familiarity with poultry and/or livestock production systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel frequently within the Kisaran region.
- Possession of a valid driving license.
