Trust & Safety Senior Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Specialist in Trust & Safety to help protect the integrity of our marketplace, enhance fraud prevention efforts, and drive improvements across our operational processes.

What You'll Be Doing

As a key member of our Trust & Safety team, you will:

• Analyze and combat fraud in real-time by identifying suspicious patterns and user behavior.
• Develop tools, dashboards, and trackers to support ongoing audits and quality checks.
• Collaborate with product teams to improve fraud detection systems and implement scalable trust-related features.
• Monitor and enhance marketplace quality, ensuring listings and employer accounts meet our platform standards.
• Partner cross-functionally with Legal, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to manage incidents and drive resolution within defined SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform deep-dive investigations into suspected fraudulent activity.
• Create and maintain dashboards and reporting tools to monitor fraud and listing quality.
• Identify root causes and recommend product or policy changes to reduce fraudulent listings.
• Write and present fraud case reports and policy recommendations to senior leadership.
• Map operational processes to identify risks, inefficiencies, and workflow improvement opportunities to support scale.

Who We Are Looking For

• 3-5 years of experience in Trust & Safety, Risk Operations, Fraud Detection, or a related field
• Strong SQL skills and comfort with large data sets
• Familiarity with KYB/KYC processes, identity verification systems, or third-party vendors
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Clear communication skills with a track record of collaborating effectively across multiple stakeholders
• Experience supporting or managing legal case operations is a plus
